Paradox VPN is an Android client that routes your device's network traffic through an encrypted tunnel to an exit server you select. The App uses the open-source sing-box tunnel core. We act only as a client. We do not operate the exit nodes or the subscription servers you connect to; those are run by your VPN operator.
The App does not require you to create an account. We do not process payments. Your subscription (the token you paste into the App) is sold and managed by your VPN operator. Any payment, refund, plan-change or expiry question is between you and that operator.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes consistent with the laws that apply to you. In particular, you agree NOT to use Paradox VPN to:
We do not actively monitor your traffic — we have no logs and no way to inspect it — but we will cooperate with valid legal process to the extent we are able, and we will not host or shield criminal activity.
The list of exit nodes available to you, and your access to them, is controlled by the VPN operator who issued your subscription token. The operator decides:
If you have a billing dispute or service complaint, contact your operator directly. We can usually help route you to them, but we do not have the authority to issue refunds or override their plan rules.
We provide the App "as available". Service interruptions can be caused by local network conditions, censorship or DPI events, your operator's server outages, Android OS power policies, or bugs we have not yet fixed. We try to keep downtime short but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
"Paradox" and the Paradox logo are trademarks of Paradox VPN. The App is licensed, not sold; we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal use only, subject to these Terms. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, OR FREEDOM FROM DEFECTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BYPASS ANY SPECIFIC CENSORSHIP, REACH ANY SPECIFIC WEBSITE, OR ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC SPEED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PARADOX VPN, ITS PUBLISHERS, OPERATORS, AGENTS OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING FROM THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DIRECTLY FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICH, FOR FREE USE OF THE APP, IS ZERO.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Paradox VPN and its publishers from any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App removes every piece of local data it stores (see the Privacy Policy).
We may, without notice, suspend or terminate your use of the App if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, the Google Play Developer Policy, or applicable law. We may also discontinue or materially change the App for any reason, including security-related reasons.
We may update these Terms when the App changes meaningfully. The new version takes effect on the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after that date indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is held by a court to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in full force and effect.
